Staff & Credentials

Leonard Z. Eppel is president of Financial Resource Associates, Inc. (FRA). Mr. Eppel received his B.A. with honors from Michigan State University. He received additional executive development training from the Harvard Business School and Boston College. Mark Heistand has 15 years experience as crisis manager with extensive knowledge of business management and cash flow planning. Mark is an experienced CPA who has acted as interim CFO in many assignments.

Mark Kebe has more than 17 years of operational and financial experience. He is a CPA with an extensive background involving manufacturing, printing and financial organizations, as well as working with secured and unsecured creditors. He has significant experience in strategic planning, internal reorganization, acquisitions and crisis management.

Mark McMahan has over 17 years experience in the crisis management and asset recovery industry. He has extensive experience in the retail, wholesale, manufacturing and distribution industries. He also has extensive experience in bankruptcies, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditor’s as well informal proceedings. Asset recovery projects have ranged from single unit operators to up to 500 unit aperations.

Paul Eckersley Has more than 30 years experience in leadership positions both as CEO and CFO in manufacturing, distribution and service industries. In turnaround situations and crisis management, his hands on experience covers working with lenders at all levels; business and financial planning, cash flow modeling, income and expenditure forecasting, as well as helping companies and their associates set goals to deliver necessary business change.
